This site is devoted to strength training, conditioning and numerous ways of achieving physical strength. I have found many joys and benefits in the pursuit of increasing my physical capabilities that go beyond a quicker 1-mile time and (the more commonly sought after) nice beach body. 15 swings
all exercises are to be completed with the same kettlebell or dumbbell.
